Product information

We describe every product as accurately as we can, but we are not the manufacturer of the brands we carry. Product formulations, packaging and sizes can change, and the photograph on a product page may not show the exact current packaging. Always read the label on the product you receive.

Prices are provided by phone or email when you request a quote, and a quote is only binding once we confirm it with you directly.

No veterinary advice

The information on this website is for general product information only. It is not veterinary advice, and nothing here diagnoses, treats or prevents disease in animals. Always consult your veterinarian before starting any supplement or care product, especially for a horse or animal that is pregnant, nursing, sick or on medication.

Orders, quotes and payment

There is no online checkout on this site. To order, call or email to get a quote and place your order with us directly. Payment is arranged directly with us. Local delivery is available for a fee within about an hour and a half of Hamptonville. Shipping is possible for longer distances.

Returns

If something arrives damaged or is not what we described, contact us right away and we will make it right. For other returns, call or email and we will work with you.
